Protection and integrity while transport

Always pick up the TurtleSUP rather than dragging it along hard ground such as stones, gravel, or wet sand.
Dragging the product could spoil the material and shorten its lifespan.

After being inflated, it is recommended to be careful while moving, especially when placing it in water, so that abrasions or tears by accident do not occur.

2. Maintenance while sailing and during stops

When sailing and during stops, try to avoid rocks, sandbars, or other floating material that could damage your TurtleSUP.
Try not to sail in waters that are too turbulent or where there are obvious or underwater obstacles.

Denting or impacts may compromise the strength of the material and reduce the lifespan of the product.

3. Regular maintenance

Rinse your TurtleSUP clean with fresh water after each use and dry well to prevent deterioration due to saltwater or other impurities that would eventually deteriorate the material.
With these few simple precautions, you can keep your TurtleSUP in top condition for safe and enjoyable use on the navigation experience.

4. Protection against sun and extreme heat

Never leave your TurtleSUP in the open sun for hours when not being used.
Long-term exposure to UV rays and excessive heat will weaken the material and discolour it.

Park it in the shade or indoors in an air-conditioned environment when not being used.

Never leave it in hot locations, such as within parked cars subject to the sun, so it does not heat damage.

5. Long-term storage

If you will not be using the TurtleSUP for prolonged periods, store it safely in its carrying bag.
First, make sure that the product is clean and dry.

It is also a good idea to wash the carrying bag regularly with fresh water in order to maintain all things in their optimal condition.

Store your TurtleSUP in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and heat sources.

6. Regular inspection

Prior to every use, make sure there are no apparent damages.

Check the joints, seams, and material for wear or small tears.

If there is any damage, use the repair kit for small repairs or contact our support for large repairs.

7. Securing and using accessories

Make sure the canopy and other accessories are properly mounted before each use.

Check that the pins and joints are securely fastened, and that the canopy is sturdy, so they cannot break or become damaged during sailing.

Always inflate the TurtleSUP to the recommended pressure using the provided pump.

    <div class="elementor-element elementor-element-a07d174 elementor-widget-divider--view-line
